Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to products purchased through a purchase option offered by Redgum Vault, including preorders and any other deferred or recurring purchase arrangements that may be offered from time to time.
Preorders
You may request cancellation of a preorder by contacting Redgum Vault at Tonkin@redgumvault.com.
Where a preorder has not yet been processed, allocated for fulfilment or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests.
However, some preorder products may be specially ordered or allocated specifically for the customer. Where a preorder is subject to special cancellation conditions, these conditions will be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase.
If Redgum Vault is unable to supply a preorder product, we will provide a refund for the affected product.
Estimated release and availability dates for preorder products may change due to manufacturers, publishers, distributors or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A change to an estimated release date does not affect any cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Other Purchase Options
If Redgum Vault introduces subscriptions, recurring purchases or other purchase options in the future, the applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed before you enter into that arrangement.
Where cancellation functionality is available through your Redgum Vault customer account, you may also manage eligible purchase options through your account.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Any voluntary cancellation restrictions applying to preorders or other purchase options operate in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
